For nearly 25 years, Allied American USA has provided insurance claims services for major national carriers, MGAs, flood service providers, and other industry partners. We manage homeowner, commercial, and flood claims and offer full TPA solutions, including claim examination, SIU/Fraud operations, litigation management, compliance, appraisals, ADR, audits, reinspection, and risk assessments.

Job Highlights

• Full‑time, on‑site in Tampa, FL
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Supports property, casualty, and catastrophe claims
• Strong administrative and customer service skills needed

What You’ll Do

• Monitor claims email inboxes and route messages
• Enter First Notice of Loss information accurately
• Review and proofread claim details
• Maintain complete and updated claim files
• Assist with letters and correspondence
• Respond to client and examiner requests
• Serve as first point of contact for callers
• Provide strong customer service

What You Need

• High school diploma (required)
• Associate degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Insurance or claims experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Willingness to work after hours during high‑volume periods

Work Environment

• Mandatory on‑site role at our Tampa headquarters
